Fabulous Five Minute Flatbreads serves four

INGREDIENTS

3 tbsp. Morton’s Soda Bread Flour

3 tbsp. or 1 small Carton Clandeboye Natural Yogurt

1 tbsp. Olive Oil

1tbsp Pesto – tomato/ roast red pepper/basil

 

METHOD

 

Heat a pan over a medium/high heat.

Mix the flour, yogurt, and one tbsp. of olive oil to make a dough.

Split the dough in half and roll out onto a floured surface so that the dough is just under ½ cm thick.

Place both pieces of dough onto the pan and cook for 1 ½ minutes on each side.

 

For a flavoursome kick replace the olive oil for a tablespoon of your favourite pesto.
